Suppliers and delivery partners

Specialist capacity, selected for the work.

African Resolve Holdings appoints qualified suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and professional specialists where a project requires additional products, technical expertise, geographic reach or delivery capacity. Every appointment is tied to a defined scope, commercial basis and accountable result.

Delivery experience

Supplier decisions are informed by practical operating experience.

The founding team has managed technical suppliers, imported equipment, large workforces, transport operations, installation teams, professional services and public-sector delivery obligations across earlier businesses and projects.

That experience includes a four-year education-equipment programme valued at more than R50 million, engineering and electrical work through HALT Engineering, a transport operation employing more than 200 people, renewable-energy delivery through Kempston Solar Systems and Netherby Solar, event staffing through Prowess Promotions, and technology and product operations through INESSOFT and Leobot Electronics.

  • Specifications translated into supplier and subcontractor work packages.
  • Local and international product sourcing with price and lead-time comparison.
  • Commercial review of warranties, exclusions, delivery terms and payment conditions.
  • Coordination of warehousing, transport, installation and proof of delivery.
  • Financial control over supplier commitments, invoicing and contract records.
  • Escalation and corrective action where quality or delivery falls short.

From requirement to accountable delivery.

Relationships are structured around the work to be performed, not around informal association.

01

Requirement defined

African Resolve Holdings confirms the specification, quantity, location, programme, evaluation requirements and delivery risks.

02

Capability assessed

Potential suppliers and specialists are reviewed for fit, evidence, compliance, capacity, availability and relevant experience.

03

Commercial terms agreed

Pricing, lead times, warranties, payment terms, exclusions, reporting and responsibility for defects or delays are recorded.

04

Appointment formalised

The agreed scope is authorised through a contract, subcontract, purchase order, service agreement or consortium instrument.

05

Performance controlled

Progress, quality, delivery evidence, issues, variations, invoices and close-out obligations are tracked against the appointment.

Capability submissions

Provide current facts that can support a procurement decision.

A concise submission with usable commercial and technical information is more valuable than a general marketing profile.

  • Registered company name, registration number, operating address and authorised contact.
  • Products, services, equipment, qualifications or geographic coverage offered.
  • Current catalogues, technical data sheets, price lists or a clear pricing basis.
  • Production, stock, mobilisation and delivery lead times.
  • Relevant licences, certifications, B-BBEE evidence and statutory records.
  • Comparable projects, contactable references and supporting completion evidence.
  • Warranty, maintenance, support and defect-resolution arrangements.
  • Any commercial, geographic, capacity or exclusivity limitations.

Submission does not create an appointment

Submitting information does not create a partnership, agency, exclusivity arrangement, tender commitment or guarantee of future work. No organisation may represent itself as a supplier, partner or agent of African Resolve Holdings unless that status has been confirmed in writing for a defined purpose.

Submit your products, services or delivery capacity.

Provide the scope you can perform, the locations you cover and the evidence available to support your capability.
