African Resolve Business OS
A web-based business operating platform developed for African Resolve's own work across tender management, procurement, supplier sourcing, pricing, quotations, documents, electronic signing and controlled operational workflows.
One operating environment instead of a collection of disconnected tools.
African Resolve Business OS was built around a simple operating problem: business work becomes harder to control when opportunities, suppliers, pricing, documents, approvals and final outputs live in separate spreadsheets, inboxes and folders.
The platform connects those functions inside one maintained application. Individual modules remain specialised, but they share business context and can pass work between stages without treating each screen as a separate product.
The public showcase focuses on what the system enables and on evidence that the software exists. Internal implementation details, decision logic and non-public operating methods are intentionally not published.
Working software across the operating lifecycle.
These representative views show the breadth of the platform without exposing its internal implementation or live operating data.
Opportunity discovery, bid control and institutional knowledge.
The tender layer supports the practical work around identifying opportunities, deciding what to pursue, organising bid information and retaining useful knowledge over time.
Commercial work stays connected to the requirement it supports.
The commercial layer supports supplier sourcing, evidence-backed pricing, quotation workflows and tender-linked costing inside the same operating environment.
Document-heavy work becomes part of the system instead of sitting beside it.
The document workbench manages multi-document packs, PDF completion, structured values, review and controlled generation without positioning those capabilities as a separate product.
Multi-party document execution is part of the same Business OS.
Formal documents can move from preparation into a controlled signing workflow without becoming a separate island of administration.
What African Resolve can take from this into client work.
The Business OS is built for our own operations. The reusable value is the demonstrated ability to engineer connected operational software across several business functions.
The platform is evidence of capability, not a claim that every client should run our internal system.
African Resolve Business OS is first and foremost our own operating software. Where a client has similar workflow problems, we can reuse proven engineering patterns and components while designing the delivered system around the client's actual process, permissions, integrations and reporting requirements.
That approach is particularly relevant for organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets, shared folders and disconnected point solutions but do not need the cost or complexity of a large generic enterprise platform.
