Gerald Nduvane
Gerald Nduvane is the Chief Executive Officer of African Resolve Holdings, responsible for commercial leadership, opportunity selection, executive coordination and overall delivery accountability. His background includes practical experience in procurement, supplier coordination and the delivery of public-sector supply programmes. Prior to African Resolve Holdings, Gerald participated in and coordinated a multi-year school-equipment supply programme in the Eastern Cape with cumulative deliveries exceeding R50 million. At African Resolve Holdings, Gerald leads the evaluation of new opportunities and helps bring together the suppliers, specialist partners and internal capabilities required to execute them. His focus is on commercially sound opportunities, realistic commitments and accountable delivery. He also serves as an authorised representative and signatory of the company, with responsibility for the submission and negotiation of tenders, quotations and commercial agreements.
Chief Technology Officer
Leon Botha
Leon Botha is the Chief Technology Officer and an Executive Director of African Resolve Holdings, responsible for technology strategy, systems development, technical evaluation and the digital infrastructure supporting the company’s operations. He is a software and electronics engineer with more than 15 years of experience developing custom software, operational systems, electronics solutions and technology-driven business platforms. His background includes work across industrial software, embedded systems, manufacturing support, business process automation and commercial digital platforms. Leon is also the founder of INESSOFT and Leobot Electronics, through which he has developed and delivered software and electronics solutions for a range of commercial and industrial applications. His experience includes internal business systems, manufacturing and operational software, machine and equipment integration, simulation and design tools, electronics prototyping and the development of online platforms. At African Resolve Holdings, Leon leads the development of the systems used to manage opportunities, tenders, compliance, corporate records and operational workflows. He also evaluates the technical requirements of prospective projects and works with suppliers, specialists and implementation partners to establish practical delivery approaches. As an Executive Director and shareholder, Leon contributes to the company’s broader strategy and commercial decision-making, with a particular focus on using technology and structured processes to improve execution, accountability and the scalability of African Resolve Holdings’ operations.
Chief Financial Officer
Leonie Botha
Leonie Botha is the Chief Financial Officer of African Resolve Holdings, responsible for financial administration, compliance oversight and the financial controls that support the company’s day-to-day operations and growth. Her responsibilities include oversight of the company’s banking and payment administration, financial documentation and the processes required to maintain appropriate financial governance as African Resolve Holdings participates in both private- and public-sector opportunities. Leonie also serves as the company’s SARS Public Officer and Registered Representative, with responsibility for tax administration and statutory interactions with SARS. She is additionally authorised to manage relevant CIPC filings, including annual returns and beneficial-ownership submissions. Within the executive team, Leonie provides a financial and compliance perspective to commercial decisions, helping ensure that opportunities are pursued with appropriate administrative discipline, financial accountability and regard for the company’s statutory obligations.

Lize-Mari Williams
Lize-Mari Williams is the Chief Marketing Officer of African Resolve Holdings, responsible for brand development, market positioning, communications and the company’s broader commercial presence. She brings practical experience in promotions, client engagement and campaign coordination through her work with Prowess Promotions, where she has developed experience in managing promotional requirements, client relationships and service delivery. At African Resolve Holdings, Lize-Mari helps shape how the company presents its capabilities to prospective clients, suppliers and strategic partners. Her role includes supporting corporate communications, marketing initiatives, partnership development and the positioning of the Group’s various capabilities across different markets. As a member of the executive team and a shareholder in African Resolve Holdings, she also contributes to broader commercial discussions and helps ensure that the company’s external messaging remains clear, credible and aligned with its actual ability to deliver.
